HIS – Hightech Information System Limited est. 1987 [1], is a HK graphics card company that produces ATI Radeon video cards. Since the first quarter of 2007, HIS has won over 600 awards with its ATI based graphics solutions from major media worldwide. Its headquarters are in Hong Kong, with additional sales offices and distribution networks in Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia Pacific Regions. It is being recognized as a provider of performance leading and award-winning products: IceQ, iCooler, iFan, TURBO Edition, VIVO Edition, AIW Edition, Dual DVI Edition. HIS manufactures and sells ATI Radeon series video cards. Recently, they released their versions of the Radeon R700. The current version of IceQ is the IceQ4, which has two heatpipes which covers the GPU, MEM and power module.

The HD4850 IceQ4 TurboX claims to be the fastest Radeon HD4850 card in the world.[11]
HIS IceQ 4 is the 4th generation of HIS's cooling technology. Featuring double-slot fans and a larger heatsink surface area, IceQ 4 can effectively dissipate more heat from the GPU, thus allowing higher levels of performance. The cooler is designed to expel air out of slots in the back of the card to prevent hot air from accumulating in the computer's case. IceQ 4 coolers allow clearance for a Crossfire bridge.
